On March 1, 2003 KeysSpan’s Edmonton Pipelines Centre celebrated 6,000
days, or over sixteen years, without a lost time accident!

their safety performance. Ultimately, safety is just good business. By keeping
our employees on the job, costs such as overtime and training for replacement
workers is avoided and the employees’ family is not adversely impacted.”
Edmonton is only one of KeySpan’s facilities that have an exceptional safety
record. Our Rimbey, Gilby and Paddle River gas plants are also in this elite
company having recently celebrated 4,400, 4,100 and 7,000 days respectively
without a lost time accident.
