KeySpan Facilities Income Fund Announces June 2003 Distribution

Calgary, June 23, 2003 KeySpan Facilities Income Fund (TSX:KEY.UN) announced today a cash distribution for the period from closing of the recent IPO on May 30, 2003 to June 30, 2003 of 9.08 cents per unit. The distribution will be payable on July 15, 2003 to Unitholders of record on June 30, 2003. The ex-distribution date is June 26, 2003.
