Calgary, September 19, 2003 KeySpan Facilities Income Fund (TSX:KEY.UN) announced today a cash distribution for September, 2003 of 9.08 cents per unit. The distribution will be payable on October 15, 2003 to Unitholders of record on September 30, 2003. The ex-distribution date is September 26, 2003.
