Calgary, October 22, 2003 KeySpan Facilities Income Fund (TSX:KEY.UN) announced today a cash distribution for October, 2003 of 9.08 cents per unit. The distribution will be payable on November 17, 2003 to Unitholders of record on October 31, 2003. The ex-distribution date is October 29, 2003.
