Calgary, June 21, 2004, KeySpan Facilities Income Fund (TSX:KEY.UN; KEY.DB) (“the Fund”) announced today an increase in its monthly cash distribution to 9.8 cents per unit from 9.08 cents per unit, or approximately 8%, beginning with the June, 2004 distribution. This increase results from the Fund’s recently announced acquisition of the EnerPro Midstream Company. The June distribution will be payable on July 15, 2004 to Unitholders of record on June 30, 2004. The ex-distribution date is June 28, 2004.
This distribution payment will be fully tax deferred by the way of a return of capital and no Canadian withholding tax will be applicable.
