Nov 8, 2004

Calgary, November 8, 2004 KeySpan Facilities Income Fund (TSX:KEY.UN; KEY.DB) announced today a 5% increase in its monthly distribution from $0.0980 per unit to $0.1030 per unit, beginning with the January 2005 distribution payable on February 15, 2005.

“We are very pleased to be able to announce our second distribution increase in the past six months” said Jim Bertram, President and CEO. “The decision to increase distributions results from the strength we have seen in our business in 2004. The growth in cash flows supporting the distribution increase comes from the acquisitions completed this year, the start-up of a number of internal growth projects and the continued solid performance of our three business lines”.
