CALGARY, Sept. 14, 2012 /CNW/ - Keyera Corp. (TSX:KEY) (TSX:KEY.DB.A)
("Keyera") is deeply saddened by the death of The Honourable E. Peter
Lougheed, Chairman of Keyera's Board of Directors.

"Peter was an integral part of Keyera and we benefitted greatly from

been truly evident during Peter's time with Keyera was his
long-standing connection with the people of Alberta. He will be dearly
missed."
Mr. Lougheed served as Keyera's Chairman from its inception in 2003. He
also served as a Member of the Compensation and Governance Committee.
