CALGARY, March 18 /CNW/ - Keyera Facilities Income Fund (TSX:KEY.UN;
KEY.DB) announced today a cash distribution for March 2008 of 13.5 cents per
unit. The distribution will be payable on April 15, 2008 to unitholders of
record on March 31, 2008. The ex-distribution date is March 27, 2008.
For tax purposes, Keyera currently expects that its 2008 distributions
will be taxable for Canadian non-exempt unitholders. This outlook is subject
to change. For non-resident unitholders, Keyera's distributions are subject to
Canadian withholding tax.
