Keyera Facilities Income Fund Announces July 2009 Distribution

    CALGARY, July 10 /CNW/ - Keyera Facilities Income Fund (TSX:KEY.UN;
KEY.DB; KEY.DB.A) announced today a cash distribution for July 2009 of 15.0
cents per unit. The distribution will be payable on August 17, 2009 to
unitholders of record on July 22, 2009. The ex-distribution date is July 20,
2009.
    Eligible unitholders who have not already enrolled in the Premium
Distribution™ and Distribution Reinvestment Plan (the "Plan") and are
interested in participating in the Plan are encouraged to contact the
institution through which they hold their units well in advance of the record
date to confirm enrolment procedures and deadlines. Details of the Plan can be
found on Keyera's website under Investor Information, DRIP.
    For tax purposes, Keyera currently expects that its 2009 distributions
will be taxable for Canadian non-exempt unitholders. This outlook is subject
to change. For non-resident unitholders, Keyera's distributions are subject to
Canadian withholding tax.
